By installing or using Photo Recovery & File Restore, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall and stop using the app.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose of recovering files on your own device.

Lawful use

You must only attempt to recover, view, or distribute content you have rights to access. Do not use the app for any unlawful activity.

Results & limitations

Recovery success depends on device state, overwrite conditions, and storage health. We do not guarantee every deleted item can be restored.

Updates

We may update the app or these Terms to improve functionality or comply with law. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, loss of profits, or other indirect damages arising from use of the app. Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.

Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or end your use. You may terminate by uninstalling the app.
